JD Hayworth was on Scarborough (I think) regarding the republicans letter sent to cbs president.... I think he was on because someone on one of these shows thought that congress people should stay out of it and cited the constitution etc....
but as JD said they aren't planning to make any law about it.... but that this is a very serious matter and that since they were forgeries, he couldn't hide behind the 'protecting my source' speel....
I also heard that in TX copying 2 military documents (why 2? ) to be used as fraud is a felony....

When this story first broke, I was very fearful the libs would do their best to link it to a low ranking worker (or volunteer) in the GWB campaign. Thank goodness it's proved to be otherwise. Don't doubt they were scrambling to do so, though. My thought when I saw Ollie on H&C: Right On!!
