Reference Page 2, The 8 October version of "The Federalist Patriot" - column 2 - "His treasonous actions in 1970-1971 are the subject of an indictment that will be delivered to Senate President Dick Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft on 12 October. The indictment [http://www.PatriotPetitions.US/Kerry] notes both Kerry's UCMJ and U.S. Code (18 USC 2381 violations, and it calls for his disqualification for public office in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, ................................." |

This is going to be interesting to say the least. He (Ashcroft) has to do something with it.
If that doesn't fly then a class action should go ahead. Maybe even in addition to. There has to be a lawyer somewhere in this country who has enough patriotism to file on a traitor.
I can't wait to watch tv tomorrow.

Given the leftward bias of the Mainstream Media and the censorship towards Kerry and nothing else, I'd be surprised if there was any mention at all, unless this can somehow be carried on high by friends with much more stroke and connections than myself - Mustang |

Please note the site www.chronwatch.com for the 14 October article by Raymond Kraft, titled "John Kerry's Constitutional Conundrum." In line with the content of the article a separate inquiry similar to the one sent to the Landmark Legal Foundation has also been sent to Raymond Kraft in line with the action he proposes in the second to last paragraph. Fox News presents an article about professor Kenneth Campbell initiating a lawsuit agains the film producer. A copy of this article will be sent to counsel as a specific example of what is desired against Kerry on behalf of all Vietnam and Vietnam era veterans. Hopefully other attorneys have been triggered into action by people other than myself and are in pursuit of the actions proposed by Raymond Kraft in his 10-14-04 article on "John Kerry's Constitutional Conundrum" |

That one can do the treasonous things John Kerry has done and not be in prison is surreal in and of itself.
Can it be that he is truly 'above the law' and can't be touched?

Have been advised that the scope is beyond the reach of two law firm; and one is still completely quiet. Have also been advised that - to get Kerry on the issue raised with respect to Treason, one should probably try to acquire a resource similar to the Constitutional Law Department at the University of Michigan Law Schoo - the appeal there is theorized as being large enough and visible enought to attract their attention. Other than Ann Coulter, whom I do not know and have not approached, I am at a loss as to means and methods to approach a Constitutional Law Department; attract their attention; and launch the venue. Likely this will drag on past the election - and if anyone has connections with Ann and could assist - it would be much appreciated. |
