Looks to me like more smoke and mirrors that in the end really changes nothing. Congress needs to go back to the drawing board and get very explicit.

Unless the judge actually says something more specific about what she is advocating, not what she overturns, it's unlikely that this will have much effect on the current election.
As an aside, there's also a poll question about who msnbc.com respondents will vote. Right now, Bush 59%, Kerry 40%, Nader 1%, with over 1.2 million votes cast. MSNBC is not exactly a conservative bastion, so this is a good sign for November... _________________ The traitor will crater! |
