That's very nice and man it does make your heart break.

I know a person who joined the Army years ago because both her parents died when she was a teenager and now she is CSI detective in a major city as well as being a new Mom.

It also break my heart about the Vietnam vet being spit on. That happened to my uncle as well when he came home.
