The Truegrit street survey shows motorists in Boston Suburb of Needham against Kerry by a 4-to-1 ratio.

At two high traffic intersections on 9/23 I held aloft my sign "Kerry is Unfit to be Commander-in-Chief". The thumbs up outnumbered the thumbs down by 4 to 1, which is a sign that most motorists, who decide to signal their preference, agree with my message.

Stay tune for results from my excursions into Harvard Square and "The Peoples Republic of Cambridge", and also in Louisberg Square, where the Kerry's have their Boston residence.

Truegrit Street Survey Methodology:
Thumbs up count as an anti-Kerry vote. When accompanied by a car horn honk, it's a strong anti-kerry vote. Thumbs down are counted as a vote for Kerry (along with negative head wags).

I don't count those who flip the bird, because this is ambiguous. Hard to tell if they are flipping the bird at Kerry or at me.

Stay tuned for the next Truegrit Poll results for Kerrytown

Can you give a rough indication of the number of cars that pass where NO preference is indicated?

So like of 100 cars, 10 were pro-Kerry, 40 were pro-Bush, and 50 indicated no preference.
