|
|
People like Bruce Sringstein has been talking to Rolling Stone magazine and saying Kerry says the Iraq war is like Vietnam and the soldiers are hurting the people like in Vietnam. It is also on his website. Kids took this so serious that this week a 19 year old soldier went into a bar to relax while on home because he has been shot wearing a pro war teeshirt. Several kids starting talking about what Bruce and Kerry were saying. They beat the boy so bad he is in the hospial. The most distrubing fact is no one bothered to help him in the bar. They just watched and listened. He will have to go back to his post in Iraq and tell his fellow soldiers what happened adn this is SHAMEFUL.This story is also in teh Columbus Dispatch in Ohio and on the Here is boards. Here is teh soldiers address is you want to tell him Kerry has sick propoganda. He making people turn on these soldiers. PFC Foster Barton
C/o Jeb Phillips Columbus Dispatch 34 South 3rd St. Columbus Ohio 43215. Send support to this man. I do not have his home address. _________________ Swift Boat Veterans called back to war on Kerry

Here is an article found on the web about this attack;
Quote: | The 19-year-old Barton is a volunteer in the all-volunteer U.S. Armed Forces. He currently is stationed in Iraq, though he has been home in Ohio on convalescent leave. Last month he almost lost his leg when an IED (improvised explosive device) exploded under the Humvee he was riding in, in Iraq. (Barton received the Purple Heart for this very significant, medical emergency injury, which required much more than a Band-Aid.)
He must have thought he was safe, on U.S. soil, at a patriotic Toby Keith concert, walking back to the car with his 21-year-old sister. But he was sucker-punched from behind, knocked unconscious, and viciously kicked and punched--by a ''peace'' protestor. |

Well, well, guess Kerry's message is getting through to the insurgents:
"Iraq will be another Vietnam for America and the occupiers," Moqtada al-Sadr said in a statement issued from his office in Najaf. |

More info in ohio and the pople are mad no one was arrested. On Bruce Sprinstein Board his statement is still there from Rolling Stone talking about how Iraq like Vietnam and letting people come in and cut you guys down. In Ohio the people are mad and should be and they defend you adn the newspaper is being responsible for getting the man the mail. THere was a lot of people there but yet no one assisted the soldier.I have tried to defend on the board. This is going so quick across the net and no one really knows how much damage this traitor Kerry is causing the veterans in Iraq trouble. Some are being interviewed by the news and they are saying they are not going to let it get them down but you know it has to real like crap being cut down. One group in Ohio tried to meet over the 1,000 soldiers and protestors broke into them and begin to beat on them but they were arrested. It is making them mad and they are hitting out because Kerry is not winning. Some of them on the boards do not seem to really care about the damage down to the boys and girls overseas just they wanted to win like Kerry. Run over anybody that gets in their way no matter who it hurts. _________________ Swift Boat Veterans called back to war on Kerry

That just burns me up! I'm just infuriated! Everyone needs to
make a lot of copies of this article and flood your congressmen
and newspapers and don't forget to send to both RNC and DNC
and congratulate DNC on their campaign strategy in being
a part of a degraded populace of these United States. This has
to stop! Kerry says we "Support our soldiers - they should have
the best" - we have to come back loud in protest of that.
Our soldiers have to hear OUR voices over this kind of
garbage. _________________ “In the beginning of a change the patriot is a

|
|
I have sent out emails to the President, Public Affairs Pentagon,
Republican and Democratic Parties, Britt Hume and Fox and my
individual Congressmen both Republican and Democrat following
up with a printed letter. I suggest others do the same. This can
not be allowed! Thank you to the person that pasted the story link.
The following article should bring home exactly what Sen. Kerry's
anti-war, anti-Iraq, anti-Vietnam hero to the liberal democratic
government and media has in store for our young soldiers that
are dying and living to serve their country with honor. I am livid
that my government is allowing this sort of hate mongering to rear
its ugly head as it did in Vietnam. I request that you make strong
demands to the DNC and other appropriate organizations including
media and demoralizing 527s to stop this soldier bashing. This is
propagated by a liberal Senator feeding the anti-war factions here
in the United States at a time our country is in danger. I expect it
to stop.
In closing, I request my Congressmen, contained in this email, to
immediately acknowledge receipt of my email and follow-up letter
telling me what actions you are going to take to prevent anti-war
damage to our soldiers in the future.

John Kerry, Peace Protesters, and Young Foster Barton
Written by Jan Ireland
Thursday, September 23, 2004
Missing from the major headlines today is the story of the attack by a
peace protecter upon Foster Barton, an American soldier on convalescent
leave. Perhaps the mainstream media is reluctant to examine this
subject. Their favored presidential candidate, John Kerry, will not fare
well when all the contributing factors are examined.
The 19-year-old Barton is a volunteer in the all-volunteer U.S. Armed
Forces. He currently is stationed in Iraq, though he has been home in
Ohio on convalescent leave. Last month he almost lost his leg when an
IED (improvised explosive device) exploded under the Humvee he was
riding in, in Iraq. (Barton received the Purple Heart for this very
significant, medical emergency injury, which required much more than
a Band-Aid.)
He must have thought he was safe, on U.S. soil, at a patriotic Toby Keith
concert, walking back to the car with his 21-year-old sister. But he was
sucker-punched from behind, knocked unconscious, and viciously kicked
and punched--by a ''peace'' protestor.
Barton’s parents had given the recuperating young man tickets to the
concert. He had missed performer Toby Keith’s show in Iraq because
he was on patrol. Keith is known for his unabashed patriotism and
support of the U.S. Military, and Barton’s parents wanted to give him
something special to help pass the time until he was well enough to
return to his unit in Iraq--something he adamantly wants to do.
Carol Barton, his mother, was interviewed this morning by Darrell
Ankarlo out of Dallas, Texas. (Ankarlo has a morning show on Talk
Radio KLIF, AM 570.) There were witnesses, she said, who did not
intervene. At least they stayed to tell police the aggressor came
completely from behind, and continued to pummel the young man after
he was unconscious.
Mrs. Barton went on to talk about young men who came back from
Vietnam, and how they were similarly treated. And this is the
connection to Kerry.
Thirty years ago, John Kerry accused American servicemen of
committing atrocities. He testified that his comrades had ''…raped,
cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to
human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up
bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in a fashion
reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned
food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside …''
Kerry stayed a short time in Vietnam, collected lots of ribbons and
medals, and went home to found Vietnam Veterans Against the War.
He met secretly with communist leaders, and his picture hangs as a
North Vietnamese ''hero'' in a communist museum. Yet now he is
running for president on a platform of being a U.S. military hero.
But the truth is emerging. Kerry’s accusations are being effectively
refuted by the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, with ads running in
different states right now. John O’Neill’s book, ''Unfit for Command,''
is on the New York Times bestseller list.
Though Candidate Kerry is trying to paint the Iraq War as another
Vietnam, young patriotic men like Foster Barton know the truth--even
if they weren’t alive when Kerry was telling his opportunistic lies. The
fair and balanced Fox News, talk radio, and the rise of the alternative
media of the Internet have broken the monopoly former enjoyed by
the liberal network news corporations, who tried to shape the news as
they wanted it to be. The families of the men who were maligned are
still around--and have not forgotten what Kerry did.
When he regained consciousness after the attack, Barton was asked
if he knew where he was. He thought he was in Iraq.
What a legacy for John Kerry. Kerry's ''peace'' protests engendered
unreasoning hate for the military that lingers to this day.
That hate is fueled by Kerry's months of flip flopping on his position
about the war, depending on his audience or perhaps the wind he is
surfing. It is exacerbated by his constant refrain of ''failure'' connected
to the war, and the ''lies'' he tries to pin on George Bush about the war.
Kerry once again is lying about America and war, to further his own political ambitions.
In one respect, Foster Barton is lucky. At least Dan Rather and CBS
didn’t send their top producer to investigate. If that had happened,
Foster Barton would undoubtedly have been the bad guy.

I hope someone who knows who did this will get a chance to let this piece of vermin know how UNPATRIOTIC his views and vile actions are, because if they think they can do this kind of thing, they will. If you see any harassment of this kind, step in, speak out, do something. Let them know we won't put up with it this time. _________________ It's downright brilliant the way he's reserving his devastating intellect to spring it on us at exactly the right moment. |

Linda, IMO, you're not going to change any of their minds. Better to spend your time at something that has a chance of producing the results that you desire, rather than facing a bunch of KookAde drinkers alone.

I'm still fried! I emailed Oliver North and some others also.
Tomorrow, I'll send letters to CNN, and local news. 'Course
here, in Biloxi, protestors complain in the paper and hide.
When this war started and the anti-war crowd started poping up,
I wrote my paper a longgg letter expressing my views of protestors.
Then it seemed everyone started expressing their support - it was
if they were afraid to stand up for something. I have no patience
nor respect for fools and cowards. Recently on a liberal board
I got into heated discussion about the war and why it has to
be fought yaddi, yaddi, yaddi...and this fool shot back "I'm a
pacifist, all war is wrong"...I responded, "no, you're a coward
in drag." ok...I know I've ranted nasty...I will take my spanking
