I received a call today from Mayor Kilpratricks office. He wants to know how many people plan on attending the parade on October 30, 2004. He needs a figure in order to plan crowd control for the route. I have had positive output for this event but I have not recieved definate committments on how many to expect. Here is the information

Time: October 30, 2004.
Place: Parade will begin at the corner of 12th Street and W. Grand Blvd and will proceed east to the corner of W. Grand Blvd and John C. Lodge Freeway.
