John Kerry again today said the SwiftVets are liars. Numerous SwiftVets have signed affidavits containing their charges against Kerry. By saying they lied, Kerry is accusing them of a crime . . . perjury. If that is NOT true, then it is libel and is actionable.

The evidence of the truth of the Swift Vet allegations is contained in Kerry's mlitary records which he has refused to release. Under discovery in a law suit, Kerry woud be under court order to release this decisive information, and therefore would be forced to sign the 180.

I say sue him for libel.

Where are the trial lawyers when you need one? I got my check book open ready to send a check into the legal fund to prosecute Kerry.

The 180 is required because Steve Garner is now having "flash backs"

and "sudden stress sydrome" because he now thinks Kerry got a waiver

on his having "parisomina" and the Navy let him get in a combat zone

when he should not have been and that caused him, to have to shoot

the little kid, and its the Navy and Kerry's fault.

Gardner , for sure thinks he was asleep, all he has to do is name the

Navy as an accomlice and the Lawyers at the Navy will give the

180 for their on protection ( and because the Navy wants to anyway)
