What a wonderfully fitting name for Kerry: Senator Notbush from Massachusetts.

Per James Taranto of the WSJ on MoveOn's ad in the NY Times against Gallup:

It's odd for a political organization to be campaigning against a pollster, but we suppose this is a sign of the anxiety the Bush-haters are feeling over the prospects of Sen. Notbush of Massachusetts. If Bush has an apparently insurmountable lead a month from now, anti-Bush voters may be inclined to cast a ballot for Ralph Nader rather than waste their votes on John Kerry.

John Kerry: Sen. Notbush of the weirdo leftist fringe...

Another astute Taranto observation: "With America at war with terrorists and the Democrats at war with reality, it wouldn't surprise us if there's been a shift in party identification toward the Republicans."
