I was thinking of what I will need to watch the debates on Thursday, so far I have come up with the following:
1) Dramamine: you will need to take a few to prevent motion sickness from listening to Kerry's plans as they will make you spin.
2) (and I get this from Rush, who reminded us to do this for Clinton State if the Union speeches)..Tape a piece of paper under the tv which states.."LIAR"..not that we need the reminder, but your friends might!
3) straws and spitballs..anytime Kerry mentions the military, fire away!
4) Remove all breakables from the room.
5) Remember to take all blood pressure medication, this one could make your pressure zoom..keep the valium handy!
6) Shut the drapes, neighbors may wonder why you are screaming and jumping around..could get messy.
7) Where loose clothing, see #6!
IF possible refrain from drinking ..choking hazard..
9) When Bush has a chance to speak, breathe and remember, chant..HE WILL WIN..
10) The minute it is over..turn OFF the tv, the pundits will make you crazy. refer to #5.
Okay, that is my list..any further items or requirements you can think of?
PD

Go to Walmart (or your local dollar store) and lay in a supply of shower shoes (aka, thongs or flip-flops).
Keep a supply next to your chair. Fling one at the screen whenever a flipflop is uttered.
If you have a plasma TV, you may want to invest in a sheet of plexiglas from your local hardware store. No sense in trashing a 8K TV over a two-bit liar. If you have a regular old tube TV, fling away! If you damage it, then you can go out and get that plasma screen you've been lusting after.... _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

Good list
I actually don't plan on watching it. I realize that kind of reticence might be more than some folks could stand. But i honestly feel that just having kerry on the same stage as GWB, gives the illusion of credibillity that has not been achieved by kerry to date.
Since, we know that he has no credibility, then the whole thing from kerry's side is a sham from a traitor. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."
well, when even the DNC can see it,,,,, then kerry is toast. |

Between the drowsy effects of Dramamine and listening to Kerry speak, there's no way you'll be able to stay awake through the whole debate! |

I know about 12 things I will need...
Twelve Icehouse beers to help take the edge off...
I'll put my daughter's hamster in her rover ball and watch her run around the living room (it's kind of soothing) and I'll just try and keep from blowing a gasket (Kerry and the others have that effect on me when they tell such obvious lies).
I guess I should also have my cellphone to call my Mom, she has little use for Kerry and she is a way better judge of character than I am...
I'll make it through!

Have you added the sunglasses to protect your eyes from the glow off Kerry's new tan? I don't know if we need the ones the Opthamologist gives you or if you need to build one of those boxes like you use for the eclipse. |

Yep, I'd lay in a large supply so as to accomodate any guests who may inadvertantly catch a glimpse of the screen or overhear. |

they'll know, oh how they will know.
I'm pretty sure everyone within 4 blocks knows how much I hate kerry.
I think I will sit outside with the TV and a bull horn and every time kerry opens his fat mouth I'll shout LIER! _________________ Remember United Flight 93, "Are you guys ready? Let's roll."

I intend to record it in standard play. The reason for this is that I think
that George is going to do a slam dunk on him. Another reason is that
if Kerry takes a page out of Al Gore's book and tries to loom over G.W.
like Al did, I want to make sure that I get a clear video of the Bush's
Secret Service Detail slaming Kerry on his face on the stage.
Well, I'm also into fantasy fiction, but one can hope.

And don't forget, because of his new "Orange" glow you may have one last use for those pair of cheap 3D glasses you may have stuffed in a draw somewhere _________________ Proud to be an American! and member of the PAJAMAHADEEN
