Kerry's sure to criticize the process because that's what he does. However, when he uses Carter to shore up his credibility, this will support a rebuttal.

Sorry but I could really care less if Florida meets ""international requirements”” Only thing I care about is if they meet the requirements of the laws set by Florida and the U.S. Constitution. Evil or Very Mad

I'm sorry Mr. Carter but maybe you've forgoten that this is the USA and we don't meet other countries standards ....WE SET THE STANDARDS!
