On Kerry's "skills" as a politician:
On the "Global Test" - Mr. Kerry, do you really think the world's dictators, despots, and mass murderers will give the U.S. a "passing grade"? Are you that naive?
On New York's subways - the subways were never shut down. Were you lying, or merely being stupid?
On Treblinka square - Mr. Kerry, you are an idiot! And Arnold is originally from the country of Auschwitz, right?
On unilateral negotiation with Kim Jung Il - flip flopping from his usual multilateral positions but cutting China, Russia, Japan, S. Korea etc. out the the equaltion. Oh wait - we should ALSO have multilateral negotiations.
On discontinuing the nuke-bunker-buster program: we should not make weapons like this if the Mad Mullahs can't have 'em, too. Add this to my history of voting to cancel critical weapons systems over the past 20 years.
On Iraq - it's a f'n quagmire where nobody should be the last man to die for a mistake, but don't worry, troops - if I become CIC I will support your efforts to win the war, which will be worth it if we actually do win, but if not then you died in vain for Halliburton.
On Iran - yeah, let's give 'em nuclear material and lots of lovin' ... just so one day the Mad Mullashs can use the Clint Eastwood lline "Go ahead! make my day!"
On the Cuban Missile Crisis - it was the former Sec'y of State who spoke to DeGaulle, not the sitting Secretary, and DeGaulle had all the evidence in front of him during the meeting.
On our "allies" - Allawi is a puppet (just what an Arab male likes to be called), Poland and other Eastern European countries and other allies are the coerced and bribed (just what people freed from the jackboot of Soviet communism want to hear about themselves) ... and this is coalition-building?
In "debate", isn't a debater supposed to 1) have one's fact straight; 2) make sense and 3) not contradict one's self?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY KERRY IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE "WON THE DEBATE"?

The DNC/Kerry's campaign and leftist media are a superior propaganda machine, just like the Communist Party and Pravda were in the Soviet Union.
The RNC and President Bush's campaign needs to hit Kerry on everyone of those statements, not just "global test." They must hit Kerry's record of not supporting our weapon's systems and say, "There he goes again, now he wants to get rid of another one. How many more will he get rid of?" _________________ US Army Security Agency

As to Kerry's so called "skills" as a politician can anyone name for me any significant legislation authored/co-authored/introduced by Kerry in his twenty years as a senator from the People's Republic of Mass.? |

FDL, I agree 110%. I am mystified as well. Kerry *won* like heqq.
I guess the OIM feels like he won because he didn't actually wet his pants on national TV like everyone in the Kerry Kampf (I like that, I think it is Navy^3's) thought he would.
Maybe they think he won because the new shade of lipstick was working for him, and making the pumpkin orange glow more of a burnt umber glow. Maybe they thought he won because he was able to successfully unveil a whole, brand new set of lies. Maybe they think he won because he got away with another scam. They think. They hope.
I don't know, I really do not.
But as I have said (again and again, 'till I know you all want to say, WE FRICKEN HEARD YOU, Kimmymac! SHUT UP!) what with all the rope he was given by the President, if the Bush campaign and the RNC do not string him up and hang him high, they will have missed capitalizing on one of the greatest *victories* of all time by Senator Kerry. |

PS: WW2, I think you have to actually show up at the Senate (for something other than the free hair-cuts) in order to sponsor legislation.
Oh wait! I am being unfair; (imagine that) Kerry was there alot in the 80's-- he was part of the retarded leftist voting bloc that acted as an obstructionist tool of the communists to halt the democratic reforms the Reagan Admin was enacting via its foreign policy. |

I was watching Headliners & Legends tonight on MSNBC. They had a special on John sKerry and they had a piece on Nixon during the war. I had to laugh because he called Kerry a 'phony'. Nixon said something to the effect that this young guy Kerry is a phony looking for a political cause. Even President Nixon could see Kerry was a hack way back then.
I wish the RNC would play that piece in an ad.
Kerry was also quoted as saying he didn't think he could support any war. I don't have the transcript but there are some juicy tidbits in there. |
