THREE AIR RAIDS ON FALLUJA
$ 50 MILLIONS FOR RECONSTRUCTION IN SAMARAA

The US and Iraqi sources reported controlling the city of Samaraa as the multi national forces launched new offensives on Falluja yesterday .The US forces launched new air raid on a site in Falluja for the 3rd time respectively during 24 hours .The US army reported destructing a building in Falluja outskirts was thought to be used by the gunmen.The US forces said that the raid was targeted the building and that a series of explosions were heard later on. It seemed the building was full of ammunitions.Interviewed by Al- Arabia satellite channel, Hazim al- Sha'laan the minister of defense said that fighting has ended in Samara , adding that the Iraqi forces played a main role in the course of fighting and that the US forces contributed in the air cover for the operations of the Iraqi forces. Notably, around 5,000 troops were flowed into Samara during Friday in one of grandest offensive operations on the city since the occupation on Iraq .Meanwhile, the government sources announced about $ 50 millions allocating for reconstruction in Samara.Spokesman of Basim Salih Barham the deputy premier said that the government concentrated its efforts on the reconstruction drive in the city which was under the control of the gunmen .Meeting with Aiyham al- Samaree the minister of electricity, he said that the government allocated $ 25 millions for the reconstruction of Samara infrastructure after the end of military combat.
MA'SOUM : ELECTION IS TO BE HELD IN SPECIFIED TIME

Dr. Fuad Ma'soum the chief of the national assembly has denied what is circulated by the media as quoted by the Qatari news agencies on 2nd October , describing these news as groundless.In a press statement, Ma'soum said that what is circulated by the said news agency are groundless lies , stressing his latest declarations calling for making the elections in the decided time on 31st Jan in 2005.The statement said that the Iraqi national assembly represented by his chief has full right to sue the Qatari news agency , referring that this behaviors went contrary to the bases and morals of press.Notably, the media was circulated groundless news quoted by the said agency on interviewing Ma'soum..

88 WOMEN JOIN IRAQI ARMY

Around 88 Iraqi women have joined the Iraqi army basic training course in Jordan. The women will receive training courses in Amman under the supervision of the Jordanian army in coordination with the US army.Meanwhile, a press conference has held in Amman, attended by 25 volunteers. One of the volunteers said that they are full of determination to make this training course success.The female recruiters will secure Iraqi people safety and combating the enemies of Peace and Iraq.Notably, the Iraqi army undertakes volunteering the women similar to men in fields coping with their abilities.

The Arab Afghans are changing their battle with the US forces from the Afghani arena into Iraq.Some armed groups started to cross the borders via several border points the most important of which are Khanaqin and Himreen hills after they were able to establish Talban Emirate in the Wind district in Kerbala .The Iraqi police forces and the national guard enabled to eliminate some terrorist cells through bold crack downs same to what was happened in the death triangle in Latifiya which is exploited by some foreign fighters for implementing their terrorist acts.Since months ago, the Afghani Haraat appeared in sites situated eastern Iraq specifically the sites between Himreen hills and Tikrit province . This region is distinguished with large number of caves and natural sites helps for hiding and secures free movement for the infiltrators. These roads were used by the smugglers during Saddam reign .Notably, this site witnessed several suicide bombings with the aim to intimidate the youth to stop joining the police.

FOREIGN ELECTRICITY EXPERTS BACK TO IRAQ

A number of foreign electricity specialists and experts working in the field of the electricity promotion have returned to Iraq to contribute in achieving the important tasks in the field of electricity.An official source at the ministry said that within the plan to make available the electricity during the winter and lessen hours of the power cuts, a number of projects and additional units were accomplished to be operated gradually.About 150 MW will be added to the electricity grid instead of 55 megawatt supplied currently from Turkey.He added that the electricity energy supplied from Iran measures up 80 MW.
