It appears that the same strategy may propel him into the presidency. If history indeed repeats itself, then we will not only lose the battle in Iraq; but lose the War on Terror. Kerry's base, which represents half the country, is undermining the political will of the American people via the left wing media magnification machine. I don't understand why more Americans can't recognize this connection and the consequences a defeat in our counter insurgency efforts will have on our collective quality of life. Erosion of political will is the worst thing we can do for the brothers in theater. Is the presidency worth the sacrifice of our lifestyle in a free soceity? I just don't get it. Sad
