Anyone more skilled than I up for creating some Swiftie PDFs that could be printed out for Operation Street Corner bubbas, lawn signs, etc?
Protest Warrior has a nice format:
http://www.protestwarrior.com/signs.php?thumb=1
please note: I am only using them as an example.
We could do a simple sign with the emblem and URL
The campaign ribbon version
Talking points
Kerry lied, good men died, etc, etc. the possibilities are endless.
For a day's work, we could have tons of do it your self Pro-Swiftie promotional materials...
The signs could printed out and laminated (Kinko's )
or you could print them on the static film for an easily removed Anti Kerry statement for your vehicle (easily removable to prevent the brown shirts from trashing your ride in the name of the 1st amendment)
etc. Any Adobe Wizards out there want to donate a little bit of their time to help us get the word out? _________________ Warm Regards,

I don't have the ability to format PDFs.
Here is a sample of a compatable poster
that is available on line from cafepress.

There are other other designs available too.

I can make something, maybe not pdf but at least JPG if someone can send me a high resolution graphic of the logo. If not I can try to create one but it isn't going to look exactly the same. _________________ Deborah

I have made several such posters. They are available as 11"x17" 2-page (front and back) PDF's at www.betrayed-vietnam-vet.info - go to the rally fliers page. My wife gets mine printed at Kinko's for (I think) $1.75 per page. I make a sign using a 4' length of 1x2 with 11"x17" pieces of heavy poster board stapled on each side of the 1x2 and the "ends" of the poster board stapled together. This makes a double sided structure with something like an airfoil cross-section. It is very stable. Then I use rubber cement to glue the printed pages to the poster board. _________________ Bob

good stuff and many thanks ya'll, anyone else want to chime in? I'm thinking these should be dedicated links on the opening swiftie page...thoughts? I don't know how much input we have into their content...if it's not possible, perhaps we could do a permanent stickie?
thoughts? _________________ Warm Regards,

"LIU CHAOYING SUPPORTS KERRY!"
http://www.cnn.com/ALLPOLITICS/1998/05/25/time/china.missles.html
When she visited the U.S. in July 1996, Chung introduced her to Clinton at a Los Angeles fund raiser. She and Chung also paid a call on the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, a meeting arranged by Massachusetts Senator John Kerry, another recipient of Chung's illegal contributions. On the agenda: the procedure for getting a foreign firm listed on American stock exchanges. Liu had money on her mind, it seems, more than rocket launches. On Aug. 9, Liu and Chung formed Marswell Investment, a Los Angeles corporation that issued 50,000 shares of stock--30,000 for Liu, 20,000 for Chung. And within days, Liu wired $300,000 into Chung's account at a Hong Kong bank, a source familiar with the case told TIME. Most of it was for their new business venture; some went to the D.N.C. |
