That was a line O'Neill used on Kerry in their Cavett Show debate.

Easy to do when he has Soviet-style press conferences where he can't be asked anything he doesn't want to answer, but I heard he goofed up at least once.

Yeah he did mess up and when the reporter pushed Kerry finished his answer and ended the press conference. He wasn't asked many questions.
