I can't do a translation, but I can understand enough Vietnamese to say that it is a fairly flattering political and social biography of John and Teresa Kerry. It is evident from the text that the author would vote for JK if he could vote in the USA.

If you really want to get the point of view of the Vietnamese in Vietnam then http://www.vnagency.com.vn is one of the better sites. Most of the articles can be accessed in both Vietnamese and English. They also have a fairly good site search engine that works in both languages also.
