What did Kerry mean when he said that he may be handed a Lebanon when he takes office? I seems to me that what he is saying is that the enemy needs to kill Americans so that he will leave Iraq when he takes office. It is the same thing he did with the north vietnamese in Paris.

What it means is all bets are off.
