In February I received an email with the URL to a WEB site about Kerry. Much of it was news to me. I didn't know much of anything about Kerry.
In 1971 I was a 19 year old Army Dog Handler in Viet Nam. The only news I got from the "World" was in letters from my family. I knew there were protests before I enlisted and knew they were continuing while I was away. I had no idea what a scum bag Kerry was and is.
This spring I had a discussion with a Bush-hater about Kerry. Though I did little to change his mind, I didn't have sufficient information to do a good job.
Thanks to your book, and this site, I now have been able to change the mind of at least one person who would have voted for Kerry.
