The Let's Talk Frank show with host Lee Frank will broadcast "Stolen Honor: Wounds That Never Heal," a film about John Kerry by Film Producer Carlton Sherwood and his company, Red White and Blue Productions.
Frank has received approval from Quantum Communications to air the film, which will be broadcast on BBB Communications on Comcast Local Access Channel 12 in Anderson, Roane and parts of Morgan County.
The film will be aired on Lee Frank's regularly scheduled live show at 7 p.m. Monday. The film, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, will be followed by live phone calls to give viewers a chance to comment on what they just watched, according to a press release.
Frank said he looked forward to airing the film.
"We are excited about giving folks the opportunity to view the film," he said. "The film is also being broadcast on the Sinclair Broadcast Group that owns 62 television stations, but unfortunately, most of East Tennessee is not covered by Sinclair.
"Let's Talk Frank has always been a community show, and I'm grateful for BBB as well as the folks at Red, White and Blue Productions for standing by our First Amendment and allowing the folks in Anderson, Roane, and parts of Morgan to view the film."
The film is the subject of much controversy during the heated campaign season and efforts have been made to stop its airing, due to the perception of its being critical of Kerry.
