This is just one of the local left wing rags that infest most big cities. We have one here called the Dallas Observer. They are all weekly free papers that you read if you want the hot night clubs to go to, the hot bands in town, or if you are looking for someone to hook up with.
No one reads them for serious commentary on the important issues of the day.
Other than a general Gag factor, the writer is irrelevant.

| You can tell the "Seattle Weekly" is a yellow rag by the way they write. I wouldn't get too worked up over it. Washington State is chock-a-block full of liberals, esp. around Seattle. If the same article were in the main Seattle papers, then I'd worry. |
