That's an interesting rundown of Kerry "truth" vs actual "truth". Here's a summary:
Kerry said 1.6 million jobs lost - actually 800,000. After 9/11 1.5 million jobs were lost, so about half have been recovered.
Kerry said incomes went down the last three years - actually average after-tax income is up 6%.
Kerry said new jobs pay $9,000 less than lost jobs - actually Higher-paid occupations are growing faster than lower-paid.
Kerry said middle class tax burden went up - actually it went down and the top 1% are paying a larger share of the budget.
Kerry said his medical plan covers all uninsured - actually covers half of the uninsured and costs twice the Kerry estimate.
Kerry said health-care costs up 64% - actually insurance premiums are only up 36%.
Kerry said 5 million have lost health insurance - true, but the percentage loss (15.6%) is less than in 1998 (16.3%).
Kerry said drug companies got $139 billion windfall profit from Medicare - actually they got little or no windfall profit.
Kerry said college tuitions are up 35 percent - actually they are down by 1/3 since 1998.
Kerry said Pell Grants were cut - actually the number of grants has risen because of looser rules.
