Hey sround,

People that are so stupid they can't figure out a punch ballot (like knuckleheads in a certain major political party) would be thoroughly and completely stumped by the Fisher-Price Voting Device. Too many shapes and colors. They would start sucking on the square and roll the ball around on the table and then they would forget they were there to vote and spend the next half hour playing with their new toy.
