I've just submitted the word "disenfranchisement". As in the case of; "disenfranchised voters". IE: The people smart enough to know during what hours and where they can buy liquor, cigarettes, and know what the deadlines are for lottery tickets. The same people also know that PROPER ID is required for those things. But are too ignorant to properly examine a ballot, its instructions, and fail get their behind to the RIGHT polling place within the time mandated by their particular state. Only then to be bailed out by some third teir federal miscreant judge in the 11th hour.
Go here to banish all that is worn out in the American lexicon today!
