De Fide is a group of Canon Law Lawyers within the Catholic Church. They have filed an 18 page complaint with the Ecclesiasical Court of the Archdiocese of Boston a Denunciation of Senator John F. Kerry for Heresy.
Heresy according to Can. 751 of the Code of Canon Law, is defined, "as the pertinacious denial or doubt of an infallible dogma of Divine and Catholic Faith Committed by a Baptized Catholic: "High Treason" as you will against the faith."
Now of course John Kerry is no stranger to Treason. In 1971 according to his own testimony before the Fulbright Commission John Kerry testified that he did meet with the N. Vietnam and Viet Cong delegation to the Paris Peace Talks. This while being an officer in the United States Navy. According to the FBI surveillance files of the VVAW John Kerry also met with this delegation in 1972. John Kerry denied this meeting until these files were drought to light and he no longer denied this second meeting. This of course being a violation of US Code (18 USC Sec. 2381 and 18 USC Sec. 953) which codifies the Constitution's 14th Amendment, Section 3: "No person shall.....who, having previously taken an oath.....as an officer of the United States.....shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or give aid and comfort to the enemies thereof." (edited for brevity) In fact John Kerry did deliver to the Fulbright Commission the terms of surrender from his counterparts in Paris and argued in favor of these terms.
De Fide has a web site www.defide.com. on this site you will find the 18 page document, the acceptance by the Vatican as accurate in pdf. format and documents that you can fill out to become a third party to this suit. I urge everyone to visit this site and examine these documents and download the "Third Party" application. Fill out this application and send to the Archdiocese of Boston Certified Mail "return receipt requested". The requirements for becoming a third party to this action is that you are either 1) Baptized Catholic, 2) Baptized Christian, or 3) Un Baptized Person.
There have been approximately 46,000,000 infants destroyed in this country to date. This is a whole generation of citizens. John Kerry says in the second debate before 65,000,000 Americans that he is a Catholic, he was born a Catholic, he was an Altar Boy, and he believes Church teachings that life begins at conception. Obviously though if he supports the Right to Choose then he must not believe in the "Declaration of Independence" which states in the second paragraph, "We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, they are endowed by the Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
Please forward this on to everyone in your address book. We cannot depend on the Main Stream Media and Newspapers to do this. They are mostly to involved in their partisan leanings to care what happens to America |
