Check ot the endorsement and letter from these athletes posted on W's site. This is cool because there are so many thugs and jerks in professional sports at least now I know some of the good guys including Houston Astros Carlos Beltran and Craig Biggio.

Carlos Beltran, that's a man with a discerning eye, for both pitches and presidents.

Roger Staubach signed it and he is one classy guy, Annapolis grad, excellent football player in his day and no scandals (drugs, booze, broads) like so many players today. Also I hear successful businessman now in Big D. Who knows, maybe future Governor of the Great State of Texas? |

He once owned the Rangers. I don't think he ever was involved in ownership of the Astros. Too bad. |

Bush was a minority owner of the Texas Rangers, from 1989 up until he ran for Governor I believe.
Looks like St. Louis is going to knock off the 'Stros, though. _________________ "If I must choose between righteousness and peace, I choose righteousness." -- Theodore Roosevelt |
