Hey Jim why are you just using Rasmussen?

What if you used all the tracking polls?

WP*-10/23: Bush 49, Kerry 48, Nader 1
TIPP-10/24: Bush 49, Kerry 43, Nader 2
Rasmussen-10/24:Bush 47.6, Kerry 47.2
Zogby-10/24:Bush 48, Kerry 46, Nader 1

Hi Georgiaboy, Cause I'm lazy and Rasmussen provides daily data which is easier to plot on a chart. I have mentioned before that Rasmussen lags all other polls so it will be fun when it catches up and we can finally chart the big pop. Very Happy

Dear Jim,
AS always, I look forward to your graph..and you are right, they do lag the rest..I am sure tonight we will see a tightening of the polls..weekend polls are just that way..Zogby, although NOT my fav, did have a good reason about 2 years ago Rolling Eyes ..he said that traditionally, Republicans simply are not home on weekends and Sundays in particular..so the polls are skewed..hmmmm, I will take that example, what the heck! Wink

But anyway..it would not make my day complete without Jim's post..thanks my friend..and all of you..keep the faith, it is almost over..and on election night, THIS IS THE PLACE I want to be..

Battleground state polls seem to be picking up steam for Bush. Zogby polls released today for Florida and Ohio look especially good. Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa all look encouraging for Bush. Even Hawaii polls show Bush with a razor thin lead.
