It appears that kerry seeks the presidency by "borking" President Bush using the same tactics Ted Kennedy used when Kennedy created the term "bork" during Judge Bork's confirmation hearings. I knew the democrat's shrill "hate Bush" campaign sounded familiar. How does one counter that?

I believe Justice Thomas publicly called it a "high tech lynching" when they tried to do the same to him, and things got real quiet afterwards.
Of course, for many reasons that probably won't work in this case.
