Oh, man, that's a great one.
It catches the toughest moment in his speech at the RNC convention, where he comes so close to losing it, speaking of meeting with families who have recieved a folded flag.
"I will never relent in defending America, no matter what it takes."
Right up there with "Wolves" for impact. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

Bravo Zulu.
That, and the film leading up to his speech were the highlights of the convention to me. When you can look in a man's eyes and see his soul it beats clever banter and slick salesmanship everytime. _________________ USN 78-84 STS1(SS) USS George C. Marshall SSBN 654(G)

The ad reminded me of when he spoke at the Black journalist convention (I don't remember the exact name). He leaned over and said something like, "I do not want to be the "War President"."
To be it was very sincere and emotional, to the attendees... I'm surprised that they didn't make fun of it. |
