What I would do....

I'd try and air the documentary in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania...I'd also play ads in those areas.

Play ads in Iowa, Wisconsin, and New Mexico.

I'd also hit Hawaii and New Jersey with ads....these two states (usually democratic strongholds) could easily go to Bush.
