I just sent an e mail to Governor Randell of Pennsylvania.

Dear Governor Randell:

I have a question on Pennsylvania law. In the event you continue to oppose the military votes from overseas being counted. I and many other people that support the military are courios if we would ve in violation of Pennsylvania law if we made financial contributions to and person that runs in opposition against you in the next campaign. It would not matter who this person is even Mary Poppins if that matters.
