Just read this in the Bakersfield Californian newspaper. They have indorsed Bush for president.
I voted 3 weeks ago, all republican.

Local news (Sacramento, CA) last night reported Kerry is only 7 points ahead of Bush. Maybe this blue state may turn red. Arnold's support didn't hurt either. It will be very interesting on election night. _________________ 1st Cavalry (airmobile)

Don't get too excited. Bakersfield is a rather conservative city in the center of a lot of farm areas. The "Blue" status of California is driven by Los Angeles and San Francisco. |
