Just announced, breaking story.
Predicitions of the election based off of the Washington Redskins winning or losing the game. They apparently lost, said it doesn't bode well for Bush.
Dari Alexander commented, "Wow, that was really pertinent news compared to voter irregularities." (said sarcastically) 
Maybe they haven't been watching the "Little group of vets that could."

It's not funny if a football game "decides" the US election. This election is essentially about LIFE-responsibility and CHOICE-right. Bush is for life, Kerry is for choice. If you examine, the underlying principles are just those two. On abortion is pretty clear. On terrorism cannot be clearer. Bush views it a real threat to our life. Kerry views it as a nuance--or choice, just like prostitution. On economy is the same: Bush for life, Kerry for choice. That's why Kerry is flip-flopping all the time because his principle is CHOICE which will vary depending upon the circumstances. On the other hand, Bush's principle is LIFE which, no matter how one views it, will always be about life.
For lousy people, for self-centered people, for self-glorifying people, and for ignorant people, CHOICE is the most comfortable thing to have.
Americans will decide whether they live for CHOICE or the live for LIFE. I am afraid that not too many people understand this real challenge.

IN THE SAME TIME THE REDSKINS PREDICTED THE PRESIDENTIAL RACE, THE SOX NEVER WON A WORLD SERIES.
TO HELL WITH CURSES, MYTHS AND BREAKING NEWS!
BESIDES...MS. CLEO GIVES IT TO BUSH IN A LANDSLIDE!

It is still amazing to me that we put a

Folks, I put that up to show the desparation in the other camp. Dari had it right, it was non-news and if they rely on a ball game to pick a leader, we are in deeper trouble than we ever have been.
Dari cracked me up with her sarcastic comment about having her interview interrupted for that.

Lighten up! It was a joke. You could tell the news anchor (I can't
remember his name) definitely had his tongue in cheek. Remember
what Rush says about the libs - they have no sense of humor. We
definitely do not want to be like them!
