Yes, folks here in "Liberal Massachusetts" John Fng Kerry has lost in a mock Eleection held in my sons School.
Why is this a big deal? Maybe because kids are most likely voting the way their Parents feel for the most part. Tells me Johny Boys not going to get as big a Win even here in Mass!
The fight is well under way! Take it to him people! _________________ U.S. Army 1983-1995, 11C1P/11H2P NBTDT |

Kerry has lost in the two school districts that our paper covers in Ohio. The paper also endorsed the President. |

The "Weekly Reader", a national school publication, holds a mock election for every presidential election year and has missed only once since the thing started many years ago. The miss was the '92 Clinton/Bush 41 contest. This year's election was won by Bush by a large margin.

RE: The Weekly Reader Election. Thought I heard or read it was in grades 1 - 12 and all grades except grade 11 (presume that would be Junior year) was won by President Bush. Amazing this poll/election has been accurate except for 1992. |

angelnoel -
Someone remarked that the eleventh grade is about the point where a child can be expected to do the opposite of what his/her parents do. A good sign!
