While my son and I were coming home tonight, he said the funniest thing.

"Mama, Johnny sKerry."

He's 2.

Laughing At least it's rubbing off on someone!

I think in my household he would probably have to wash his mouth out with soap if he repeated our household adjectives.....lol

Good thing we don't have any children yet.

We got my 2 year old running around pointing her finger saying KERRY BAD!!!

My neighbor taught her that! I got Repubs on both sides of me, life is good in some ways.

At six my daughter is a staunch Bush supporter.

I wonder why?

We didn't speak about politics in my house growing up. My husband's family didn't either. He still doesn't(he's a Democrat, but is voting for Bush again. He Voted for Clinton the first time, but not the second. I've "Helped him see the light"
When the president first decided to take out Saddam's regime, my then 14 year old stood up to the ridicule of his liberal 8th grade teacher. Instead of having healthy educational debates, she brought war protest signs and tried to belittle anyone who disagreed. This is a Catholic school, so I googled for some info regarding "Catholics view on Just War" and anonomously mailed it to the principal with my complaint. I would have signed it, but my son begged me not to. He's always debating his buddies and he so much more informed than they are. They can't win. He just loves it. I'm proud of him!

I have something in common with W and Laura. I also have twin
daughters. They are 24 and have always thought I was crazy to
listen to Rush and to be so interested in politics. They will be in
line tomorrow to vote for President Bush and Richard Burr to help
him in the Senate!
