Congrats to the Swift Boat Vets and POWs for getting involved in this campaign and building the momentum in favor of Bush against a candidate who betrayed his comrades-in-arms in 71, met with the enemy during war time to accept the enemy's surrender terms and never apologized.

I believe this one, small 527 made the difference, and did so despite the wall of hostility on the part of the mainstream media.

Kerry, by virtue of his lack of character, his disgraceful conduct upon his return from Vietnam, his unceasing hostility towards American defense spending, will not be resting his head on a white house pillow. Nor will he be commanding our young servicemen and women in combat.

And that is precisely as it should be!!!

Our prayers have been answered.

If it wasn't for the SwiftVets Kerry would have won. The commercials and the book really swayed people who'd have voted for Kerry. We would have all taken what he said about his military past at face value. The MSM certainly weren't going to do the hard work of digging up his sordid past.
Thank you SwiftVets for preventing a very real disaster. You've done the country a real valuable service that will effect the course of history. That's a hell of a job for anyone. Clinton was bad enough. Kerry was about the worst the Democrat party could have run for president. They're going to have to do some real soul-searching.

Parade?? If you would like to check with the City of Detroit, City Clerk's Office and inquire about Permit #3077. There was a Parade for the Vietnam Era Vets. Regretfully absent from this parade were the MIAs. Are we going to claim victory and leave them over there and bask in this supposed victory. We cannot stop now we have to keep going. We have to bring these men home then and only then we claim victory. Until then John Kerry has beaten you and the millions spent only makes a laughing stock of all.
