If the Dems want power let them actually appeal to the majority of American voters...something they've only done twice in the last 14 presidential elections!

That's twice in 56 years, 8 years out of 56, 14% of the time!...and they want power? Why don't they get a message that appeals to this nation?

In the last 104 years the only dems to receive a majority of the vote are FDR, Johnson and Carter. Carter just barely got over 50%. Republicans have gotten a majority of the vote many times but not democrats.
