I understand the principal Swifties have had their last conference call and the campaign is over. They've every right to get back to their lives. Adm. Hoffman has said they'll set aside a defence fund for an expected challenge on the group's 527 status.

Don't wait for this. Carry the battle to the enemy. Make them defend. Make them spend their money. The DNC, the MSM and their running dog lackeys have fallen all over themselves with FCC and FEC violations in primetime. More to the point the Swifties have excellant grounds for libel and slander cases against the entire plethora of Old Media and Democrat attack dogs. This will accomplish the two main items left undone: 1) the evidence and fact finding in the case will put the final nail in Kerry's coffin [if he won't sign SF180 get a judicial order] and 2) by winning give vindication for all vets and fund a forum to correct the mis-history of the last 30 years.

Westmoreland's settlement nearly destroyed CBS's news division. Let's finish 'em.

Oh well...just a thought.

Anything less, and they will just continue "the lie" and do the same with the next "sKerry(ies)." Not to mention, sKerry will be in the Senate, which, in turn, still very much affects the entire country. Crying or Very sad

Right now, the MSM believes that they have gotten away with slandering and lying about the Swiftboat Vets and other veterans. Twisted Evil

A lawsuit would not only be justified, but it would also force the truth into the public and not just to those of us who are privy to the gamut of information.

I'd sure be sending in financial support for that effort and will for any legal battle the swifties find themselves in for that matter.

At the end of the Vietnam war you were understandably traumatized and tired of being slandered. It was so much easier to go home and let sleeping dogs lie.
