One provision of the legislation Clinton and Kerry want to push (making Election Day a Federal Holiday) is allowing all felons to vote. I imagine that with 4.5 million felons (incarcerated and out because their sentenences have been served), Hillary knows thats 4.5 million DEMOCRATIC votes. Can you imagine? Absentee ballots handed out at Sing-Sing and the pen where Manson is kept? Campaigning by Dem candidates in the prison yard for another Dem constituency? "If elected, I promise to release all of you incarcerated by a prejudiced jury!" Felons represented at the next DNC National Convention asking for a plank making execution unconsitutional? The bumper stickers:" I'm a convicted felon and I VOTE Democrat!" The mind simply boggles.
