This pompous fool is truly pathetic. He just can't accept the fact that
NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR VIEWS OR ADVICE, JK!!!
I can just imagine the roars of laughter in the White House when
they received Kerry's offer to 'advise' the President.
YOU LOST JOHN, PLEASE ACCEPT YOUR IRRELEVANCE GRACEFULLY
AND JUST GO AWAY.

President has heard enough from `junior senator'

WASHINGTON - Sen. John F. Kerry's brash offer to meet privately with former foe President Bush [related, bio] to discuss foreign policy before Bush's meetings abroad next week with key European leaders has apparently fallen on deaf ears at the White House.

``We've offered to have Sen. Kerry (D-Mass.) meet with President Bush to discuss his trip to Iraq, if the White House is interested,'' Kerry spokesman David Wade said yesterday. ``There are many areas where genuine bipartisanship would make a difference in leading our country forward, whether in national security or children's health care.''

The White House declined comment on Kerry's recent overture.

A senior Kerry aide telephoned White House Chief of Staff Andrew H. Card Jr. earlier this month to make the meeting offer, a source confirmed.

But as of last night, Kerry had not received any response from the White House.

One veteran Republican strategist with strong White House ties dismissed Kerry's move as ``yet more brazen political grandstanding from the junior senator.''

Bush, in what some have described as a diplomatic charm offensive, arrives in Europe Tuesday hoping to repair tattered relations over the U.S.-led Iraq war with longstanding allies such as France, Germany and Russia.

Kerry was a fierce critic of Bush's foreign policy, particularly his handling of the Iraq war, during the bruising fall presidential race.

Even as he sought a Bush meeting, the defeated Democratic nominee yesterday hammered the president, telling reporters ``we would be far better off today'' had the U.S. followed Kerry's Iraq policies instead of the Bush plan.

I think this is the height of arrogance. Although John Kerry was the
most recent nominee of the Democrat party, he has no right to
assume that he is still the spokesman for the party. His so-called
bipartisian offer is an attempt to put himself on equal footing with
the POTUS which he is not now and, God willing, will never be. The
White House is right to decline to elevate this offer enough to give
it a public response.

What plan? More like the S.E. Asia plan of cut and run.

Ask the people of S.E. Asia. Are you better off because America caved to the internal political pressure championed by the likes of Kerry?

Over three million innocent people were murdered when we followed the message of Kerry in S.E. Asia.

Oh yes the great expert on foreign policy. Kerry's infamous January trip when he met with the leaders of Syria, Jordon etc etc. and he publically blasted the Bush Admin. He really got the inside scoop. It's surprising that with his immense influence he wasnt' able to gain some insight into developing issues in the area, or at least forsee trouble, like the recent assassination of Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri .
Have to wonder what role all his private conversations with these governments may have played in current events.
