McCain-Feingold was never presented to the public per se. As a campaign issue, it flopped. It was a Knee Jerk, CYA feel good reaction by an embarrassed Congress to the Enron, WorldCom debacles. It was unrelated, but made those clowns senseless enough to try to impress the public and screaming liberals with self rightous "concern". The President was foolish enough to sign it instead of vetoing the thing, instead deferring to the courts which everyone figured would throw it out. HAH!! Too smart by half with Liberal activist judges. This is why politicians need guts and the judiciary need judges, not hacks. Nuke the Filibuster.

If you have an issue with another member, you can either PM them or the mods to attempt to resolve the problem.
