Rumor has it, that voter turnout in
the Senate was somewhat underwhelming.
I'd like to know how our thrice wounded hero
voted on this watershed and historic issue.

The Senate vote was by unanimous consent, with only 3 senators in the chamber.

So sKerry can truthfully claim that he wasn't there before he voted for the measure.
