As a devout Christian, I know that to be absent from the body is to be
present with the Lord. If Terri should die, she will be carried by the
angels to the arms of her Heavenly Father. Whatever happens, Terri
will be okay and she will have touched more lives than she could ever
have imagined.
What concerns me almost more than Terri's fate is that Judge Greer,
George Felos, Michael Schiavo, and all of their co-conspirators could
actually get away with legally murdering Terri before our very eyes.
I was wondering what the Swifties think about the recourse her parents
might have should Terri die. I think the courts by their actions have
shown that they hope her death would be the end of the matter. Could
the Schindler family sue Michael for wrongful death or something that
would allow the TRUE facts about this case to come out? It seems so
unfair that the courts have managed to avoid the intent of the law
passed by Congress to have a de novo judicial review of the facts
of the case. If she dies, is there any way that this could still take place? _________________ Susan R. Morton |
