I have a question.
I know someone (the plaintiff) who was in a federal court case (due process violation), which only made it to the district level, minimal discovery, and settled out of court, very, very, few pleadings filed.
The legal fees were almost $25,000 (cost $150 per hour).
I know that Schiavo is using the money he got from the malpractice lawsuit (that was supposed to be used for Terri's rehab) on his attorneys' fees.
But where are the parents getting their attorneys' fees. Ten plus years of litigation must cost a fortune. I wouldn't be supprised if it is a million or better.
Does anyone know??

Are you sure that is the right link?
It takes me to a page that goes nowhere, like the page does not exist.
