Annapolis, Md. (AP) - The head of the Naval Academy is defending it's lunchtime prayers.
Vice Admiral Rodney Rempt said at a meeting Monday that the prayers help promote religious tolerance. The prayers rotate to represent different religions, but have been the target of protests from the Anti-Defamation League. The critics say the prayers are government endorsement of religion.
Rempt says midshipmen aren't required to participate in the prayer, although they are required to be respectful.
The Naval Academy is the only service academy that conducts a lunchtime prayer. |

The Anti-Defamation League is in a quest to hunt down all moral campuses. Once they are successful in this quest the USA will become a nation without values and will quickly crumble. And then in their Victory they will say “we told you the USA was evil and all the pain and suffering we are experiencing is long over due.” _________________ Defender of the honor of those in harms way keeping us out of harms way.
