If answering these questions is a requirement then we should require all of the current judges answer them as well, seeing as how they didn't answer them to begin with.

Maybe Roberts should answer with a question for Schumer that will really make his day: "Are you now or have you ever been a member of the Communist Party?"
I think half of the leftists in the country would die of heart attacks if Roberts came out with that line.
