I read through a link on N. Boortz' website that Forbes named Condi the most powerful woman in the world for the second year in a row, www.boortz.com, interestingly, Her Highness, the Smartest Woman in the World, Hillary is not mentioned in the article. I can't help but chuckle at how this recognition must have chaffed Hillary's backside.
