Way to go Clifton, N.J.
Simple as that. They can't get jobs, they'll quit coming.
In San Antonio, Texas years ago they used to have immigration raids on big job sites.
The Border Patrol vehicles would drive up and there wouldn't be any laborers in sight. They'd be in 55 gal. drums, hiding in stairwells, and just plain gone.
Soon as the B.P. would leave, here'd they come back out from hiding.
If companies would obey the law and not hire them, or get fined like in Clifton, the problem would be solved.
This BS about them doing jobs Americans don't want is just that, BS.
Companies hire them cause they can get em for a couple of dollars an hr. less than the min. wage and no benefits.
But then that's a lot like slave labor isn't it.

I left a job last January partly because they were hiring illegals under the guise of 'independent contractors', using bogus social security numbers so they did not have to withhold taxes and pay SSI and medicare fees. These people were doing contract cleaning and making 15 - 30 dollars an hour, and when ya figure that they had to pay no taxes on it and did not file it turns out to be very good money for an uneducated laborer. I confronted the manager a number of times and he was an out and out liar and cheat and when I found out I needed surgery I just quit rather than go back to that place. The owners are on older couple who live in Canada and hate this country, except as a way to make money and cheat everyone they can.
