Nor is there any recognizable insignia in the photographic image at issue, let alone the insignia of the 129th Medical Detachment.


Apparently we're not the only ones who can't identify the good doctor in the photograph. Cool

Thanks for the heads-up JN173. I added the filing to the newly-titled "Sherwood Defense" topic in the main forum.

This sure seems like a paper-thin substantive case and I would hope it's thrown out on merit. Perhaps it was filed just to give some aura of substance to Campbell's add-on suit. There's considerably more than meets the eye behind this entire song and dance.

I've got mixed emotions. I hate to see the POW's have to go through that type of bs, but on the other hand I would like to see Bjornson, Campbell, et. al. get their collective arses handed to them on a platter in court. Evil or Very Mad
