|
|
(from Drudge):
http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/nation/3397339
the excerpt:
Quote: | "Despite the fact that the state cannot conclusively prove that the said document is a duplicate (or copy thereof)" of the document given to Nelson, the "state believes that the document is at least factually related" to the document mentioned in the indictment, Reed said in a court brief filed after the hearing. |
(bold highlight mine)
Is this concept unique to Texas law?
It's the same as what Dan Rather did, and continues to do.

must mean (a) it is also a list (b) written in English and (c) contains the names of Republican politicians. That's about the only relation it has.
From what I read, that's the end of the case, folks. |

Ahhh but it's not the end, it is the end of Earles case. The Hammer will finish him once and for all before it's over. Ronnie Earle might as well resign now to save face. You don't mount a personal attack on the Hammer and walk away with your ass in tact. No sir, he messed with the big boys this time. Any Attys out there looking for a job? I hear there is an opening in Texas for the D.A.. Semper Fi. _________________ Helicopter Marine Attack Squadron 169 which is now HMLA-169. They added Huey's to compliment the Cobra effectiveness. When I served we just had Snakes. |

Sounds amazingly similar to his case against Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison before she was a Senator.
When it came time for trial, he simply told the judge he had no evidence to present.
Earle is a democrat political assassin. _________________ "If he believes his 1971 indictment of his country and his fellow veterans was true, then he couldn't possibly be proud of his Vietnam service." |

This seems to be just another example of leftist character assassination against the right. They don't ever need to prove anything, just throw out the seeds for the public to grasp and believe. |

When I first read this yesterday I was mystified. All I can think is Blather Gate and the National Guard Memos which were ' forged but accurate'
I try to think this is funny.... but it really has reached the level of simply disgusting. |

It seems Ronnie Earle lacks about everything, especially sense and ethics. How can you get an indictment with no evidence? OOPS!! Forgot. It isn't the evidence, it's the seriousness of the charge. Fortunately that is baseless and Mr. Persecuter(sic) will have to answer for a lot. _________________ 8th Army Korea 68-69 |

DeLay Offered Misdemeanor Deal Before Indictment
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,172515,00.html
Well he ll yes he'd turn it down. The nitwit Earle can't prove anything so why fess up??? And Lord knows (and he can't testify) the Democrats probably looked at something they were doing and said "y'all know this ain't legal, wonder if the Reps are doing it too?" _________________ "The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I’m here to help." Hey hold on a minute here. The original documents were left in a Texas Kinkos by accident. Dan and Mary say they will FEDEX them as soon as they find the file in their computer.

Unfortunately Mr. Rather was under the impression that by right clicking on the C:// drive in my computer and choosing format he was preparing the documents in a type font from the era required to make them look authentic.
